Dr. Bob Visits Cuicuilco, Mexico City

We are here at Cuicuilco, just outside downtown Mexico City, about 15 miles or so. This is an important site for a number of reasons. First, it's probably the oldest community in the Mexico Valley.

Dr. Bob Visits The Great Pyramid of Cholula, Mexico

Today, we are in Chalula at the Great Pyramid. It's called the Great Pyramid because in spite of all the stories we hear about the pyramids of Giza, this pyramid is much bigger.

Dr. Bob Visits Tula

Today, I'm in Tula, and I'm at the top of what is locally called Pyramid B. The temple of Quetzalcoatl. On the top of this temple structure is a series of pillars, four of them sculpted to look like Toltec warriors.

Dr. Bob Visits the “Aztec Calendar Stone”

Looking closely at ancient monuments reveals both distorted but recognizable echoes of true biblical history. Studying them strengthens our confidence in Scripture and highlights the importance of the covenant relationship God established with His people through timekeeping.
